Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FG6 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted by customers globally in automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging applications. It excels in molded parts, offering a superb blend of design ease and processing efficiency, delivering outstanding mechanical properties across diverse conditions and a wide temperature range. In extrusion, it establishes industry-leading standards, boasting exceptional strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred processing technology, and notable features include 30% glass reinforcement and high flow characteristics.

Stanyl® TS200F8 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Arnitel® EL740 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries spanning automotive to E&amp;E, it is gaining popularity as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material is processed using injection molding technology and meets food contact quality requirements.

Arnite® AV2 372 is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology is best suited for injection molding.

Akulon® F128 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin suitable for food contact applications and is characterized by its medium viscosity. It finds application in the printing and packaging industry, specifically for food and beverage packaging within this market.

Akulon® K224-G3 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its lightweight properties and UL flame rating. They are utilized in various markets, including automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma, especially in the manufacturing of medical devices and assemblies.

Arnitel® EM400-B is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. Across industries such as automotive and E&amp;E, it is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material is specifically processed using injection molding technology and contains a release agent. Additionally, it meets the requirements for food contact quality.

In molded parts, it delivers an exceptional equilibrium between design simplicity and processing ease, accompanied by outstanding mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and in diverse conditions. For extrusion, it sets industry benchmarks, featuring impressive strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes include 10% glass reinforcement, 20% glass beads reinforcement, heat stabilization, and high flow characteristics.
