Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 


Xytron

EcoPaXX® Q-HG6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent chemical and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for thermal management applications and other structural parts. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It is heat stabilized and contains 30% glass reinforcement.

Stanyl® TE373 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heat stabilized, wear modified, and friction modified.

Arnite® AV2 360 S is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology is best suited for injection molding.

Stanyl® TS300 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Akulon® F130-E6 (F-X9307) is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with a range of features, including anti-blocking, food contact acceptability, lubrication, medium viscosity, and a UL Flame Rating. It is primarily utilized in the food and beverage packaging industry.

ForTii® JTX2 is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It provides robust mechanical performance and exhibits good reliability under thermal aging and mechanical shock. ForTii® JTX2 consistently performs well in injection molding processes and has a low risk of blistering, as it has a JEDEC MLS (Moisture Level Sensitivity) 1 rating for specified thicknesses. It is particularly suitable for reflowing headers and connectors in automotive electronics. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

It is well-suited for a wide range of applications in industries such as automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods. The recommended processing technology for Arnite® TV8 260 is injection molding. This process allows for efficient and precise manufacturing of parts from this material.
