Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® K224-G3 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its lightweight properties and UL flame rating. They are utilized in various markets, including automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma, especially in the manufacturing of medical devices and assemblies.

Arnitel® EM400-B is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. Across industries such as automotive and E&amp;E, it is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material is specifically processed using injection molding technology and contains a release agent. Additionally, it meets the requirements for food contact quality.

Akulon® S223-G6-FC NA99001 is a high-performance material that blends the characteristics of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. It is widely employed by customers worldwide in various applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, this material excels in providing an excellent balance between ease of design and processing, while delivering outstanding mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and under diverse conditions.

Xytron™ G4010W is a high-performance plastic compound from Envalior that is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include wear and friction modification.

Akulon® F236-C is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with various features, including being food contact-acceptable, high viscosity, light weight, lubricated, and UL flame-rated. This product finds particular applications in markets such as automotive, transportation, and industrial sectors. This is using the extrusion processing method.

EcoPaXX® Q-FP4 is an unfilled, impact-modified long aliphatic polyamide known for its excellent impact and flow properties. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It has good or high flow characteristics.

Arnite® TV4 241 SL is a high-performance engineering plastic renowned for its combination of high strength, rigidity, and excellent processing characteristics. These qualities make it an excellent choice for a wide range of applications in the automotive, electrical, electronic, and consumer goods sectors.

ForTii® MX3 is a high-Tg PPA (polyphthalamide) that excels in dimensional stability at elevated temperatures due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT). ForTii® MX3 exhibits excellent fatigue performance and good chemical resistance. The material is 50% glass-reinforced and heat-stable, making it suitable for automotive applications. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

Arnitel® ECO L700 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its distinctive blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. Across industries including automotive and E&amp;E, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers, effectively reducing environmental impact and system costs. This material can be efficiently processed via injection molding and is notable for containing 22% renewable content. Additionally, it is suitable for food-contact applications.
