ENZECO

A highly stable thermostable alpha-amylase enzyme liquid preparation derived from Bacillus licheniformis. This enzyme provides more efficient liquefaction of starch from malted barley and adjuncts, such as rice in beer production. Optimal activity occurs at 198°F.

ADJUZYME

A uniquely formulated heat resistant bacterial alpha-amylase powder derived from a non-GMO strain of Bacillus amyloliquifaciens, that helps retain moisture and aroma in baked goods, as well as helping to extend their shelf-life. The enzyme also is recommended for use in sweet bakery products, such as cookies, cakes and brownies, as well as non-sweet products, like bread. This product is available with and without oil for dedusting.

FRESH-N

ENZECO® XYLANASE S CONCENTRATE is our highest xylanase activity product. It is a food-grade enzyme preparation from a non-GMO strain of Trichoderma longibrachiatum (formerly T. reesei), containing xylanase as its principal activity. It also contains beta-glucanase, galactomannanase, and cellulase, and has very little protease activity.

ENZECO® XYLANASE S CONCENTRATE

ENZECO® Lactase KL is a highly concentrated and easily filterable food-grade lactase derived from the dairy yeast Kluyveromyces. This product is designed for use in Aldose/FlexDos Systems.

ENZECO® LACTASE KL

ENZECO® Fungal Protease is a highly concentrated food-grade fungal proteolytic enzyme, with high levels of endo-protease and lower levels of exo-protease. It is derived from a non-GMO strain of Aspergillus oryzae and is available as a powder or microgranulate at different activity levels up to 1,000,000 HUT/g. It can be used in a wide variety of bread and baked good.

ENZECO® FUNGAL PROTEASE

ENZECO® Esterase/Lipase is a food-grade a triacylglycerol lipase produced by the controlled fermentation of a non-GMO strain of Mucor javanicus. The enzyme hydrolyzes the acylester bonds in triacylglycerols (esters of fatty acids and glycerol); yielding mono- and diglycerides, glycerol, and free fatty acids. This product preferentially releases shorter chain fatty acids.

ENZECO® ESTERASE/LIPASE

ENZECO® Pectinase DV-2 is a liquid pectolytic food grade enzyme preparation derived from the Aspergillus species for use in fruit juice and winemaking.

ENZECO® PECTINASE DV-2

ENZECO® Glucoamylase L 500 is a saccharifying liquid glucoamylase (or amyloglucosidase) enzyme system derived from Trichoderma reesei for production of fermentable sugar in highly attenuated or light beers.

ENZECO® GLUCOAMYLASE L 500

ENZECO® Glucanase PF is a purified food grade liquid derived from Penicillium funiculosum that contains a mixture of glucanases, beta glucosidase (aka cellobiase) cellulase and hemicelllase. The primary use of this enzyme is for yeast cell wall hydrolysis and is suitable for use in organic products.

ENZECO® GLUCANASE PF

ENZECO® NEUTRAL BACTERIAL PROTEASE 160S is a neutral protease derived from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (formerly B. subtilis) that has optimum activity from pH 5.5-8.0 and contains no/very low amylase side activity. Hydrolyzes polypeptides to produce lower molecular weight peptides.

ENZECO® NEUTRAL BACTERIAL PROTEASE 160S

ENZECO® BACTERIAL PROTEASE BL, a protease enzyme preparation derived from a non-GMO stain Bacillus licheniformis. It contains endopeptidase and exopeptidase, which are used for hydrolyzing proteins and for improves flavor.
