PL-2152 is a methacrylate based adhesion promoter. It is a versatile adhesion promoter for energy cured coatings, inks, and adhesives. The low viscosity of this product makes it an ideal reactive diluent that can be added to formulations to enhance adhesion to a range of challenging substrates.

2-Methyl-1-[4-(methylthio) phenyl]-2-morpholino propan-1-one is a type I photoinitiator primarily used in pigmented systems. It is oftentimes used with PL-ITX as a sensitizer to enhance the curing efficiency in inks. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

Diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide is a Type I photoinitiator best known for it's through cure abilities. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone is a fast curing type-I photoinitiator. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

4-phenyl benzophenone is a very fast curing type-II photoinitiator. In the presence of O2, the use of an amine co-initiator is recommended. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers. It is insoluble in H2O.

PL-7113 is a non-yellowing urethane that exhibits a high degree of elongation. It also has a high rate of conversion with low average shrinkage stress. PL-7113 can be added to formulations to add toughness.

PL-7110 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7110 creates a tough polymer with percent elongation near 60%. PL-7110 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add toughness.

PL-6976 is a mixed aryl sulfonium salt cationic photoinitiator. It is very fast curing and provides lower yellowing than PL-6992. It is soluble in most cycloaliphatic epoxies as well as vinyl ethers and other vinyl terminated monomers but insoluble in H2O.

PL-150 is oligo [ 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-[ 4-(1-methylvinyl) phenyl] propanone] and 2-Hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone. It is a very fast curing type-I photoinitiator soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.

PL-7121 is a novel low-shrink urethane monomer based on Esstech's proprietary methacrylate technology. PL-7121 possesses a volumetric shrinkage of 2.0 - 2.5% and conversion of 65 - 80% without filler. PL-7121 has very low color and can be added to formulations to add toughness.
