Dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate, also known as MADAME or DMAEMA, serves as a reducing agent or electron donor when paired with type II photoinitiators. It is water-soluble, monofunctional and can improve adhesion of formulations.

To simplify your formulation processes, we provide bis GMA already diluted in a 80:20 ratio with TEGDMA. Bis-GMA and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate are commonly paired in dental formulations. All of our bisGMA products carry the lowest levels of BPA or bisphenol A on the market.

PL-450 is a liquid photoinitiator compound developed specifically for white and pastel pigmented systems as well as thicker clear films. It provides a perfect balance between surface cure and through cure to enable the best possible adhesion in these systems. Because it's a liquid, it works well as a press side additive for the printer.

PL-2263 is a versatile adhesion promoter for Energy Cured Coatings, Inks and Adhesives. It can enhance adhesion to a large range of challenging substrates. It is especially effective on many metals, glass and selected plastics.

PL-2152 is a methacrylate based adhesion promoter. It is a versatile adhesion promoter for energy cured coatings, inks, and adhesives. The low viscosity of this product makes it an ideal reactive diluent that can be added to formulations to enhance adhesion to a range of challenging substrates.

PL-4265 is a 50:50 liquid blend of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-propanone and diphenyl (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide. It provides exceptional cure response in white and pastel pigmented systems as well as thicker clear films. It provides a perfect balance between surface cure and through cure to enable the best possible adhesion in these systems.

PL-4265 soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers. It is insoluble in H2O.

2-Methyl-1-[4-(methylthio) phenyl]-2-morpholino propan-1-one is a type I photoinitiator primarily used in pigmented systems. It is oftentimes used with PL-ITX as a sensitizer to enhance the curing efficiency in inks. It is soluble in most monomers, oligomers and pre-polymers but insoluble in H2O.
