- Product Applications
VERSALINK® 130 M is a chain extender for aliphatic systems where color or UV-light stability is critical. It is effective in imparting strength and hardness to the final elastomer or coating. VERSALINK® 130 M contains secondary amine groups, and its reactivity with isocyanate is slower than primary amine curatives. Therefore, it can be used as a tool to optimize reactivity, which can lead to processing improvements such as good wet-out and smooth finish. VERSALINK® 130 M is low in viscosity and is compatible with other amine curatives and polyols. Common use levels of VERSALINK® 130 M are in the range of 5-50% of the resin side. The optimal concentration will depend on specifics of the formulation and the desired final physical properties
