"FST was founded in 2012 with the aim of developing and selling sustainable food ingredients. Our ingredients all consist of by-products from the food industry. We make these perfect foods accessible again through intensive work on the human food chain. We only use natural process techniques in order not to jeopardize the claim of sustainability. Functionality, sustainability, naturalness. Every product that we market as vegetable flour or oil press cake must meet these three criteria. Nowadays, a food ingredient can no longer be marketed without functionality . Even if it's actually food. Sustainability is the mission of FST - without this characteristic, no product can exist with us. And without naturalness , sustainability becomes implausible. That is why it is so important to us that our products are only treated and processed with technologies that will continue to be classified as natural in the future, once the word ""natural"" is regulated by law. We only use physical processes that ordinary people are familiar with. pressing, grinding and drying. In addition, we always avoid chemical additives or processes. We do not use any enzymes, no microorganisms, do not irradiate and of course make sure that our products are meticulously GMO-free. And a sustainable FST product is always a foodstuff, i.e. from the edible part of the plant . This is no longer the case with all food ingredients these days."
