Forsch Polymer URS 7600

The URS 7600 series is an aliphatic, two-component, non-yellowing urethane coating system that can be applied directly to surfaces as a sealer / surfacer in single or multiple coat applications. URS 7600 is recommended for applications requiring extreme ultraviolet, outdoor weather, chemical, and water resistance.

Application Preparation

Surface Preparation : All surfaces shall be free of oil, grease and any extraneous matter which could interfere with adhesion. Structural repairs such as cracks, etc. Should be properly prepared prior to coating and use of a primer or adhesion promoter is generally recommended.
Method : Spray, brush or lambs wool applicator.
Dry Time : 2 – 3 hours, recoat 2- 3 hours; to reopen for Light traffic 12 – 14; full cure 36 hours.
Cleanup : MEK or Xylol

Storage

Systems should be stored unopened in air tight containers at 60 – 90 degrees F. Partially emptied containers should be swept free of atmospheric moisture with dry nitrogen before sealing.
