FruitSmart, Inc. Apple Granules are prepared from cored, clean, and wholesome apples that have been further dried to low moisture, reduced in size to the specified granulation, and packed. Since they are dried to a maximum of 3-5% moisture with very low water activity, they are ideal for use in shelf-stable products. This product is processed, packaged, and shipped in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and in compliance with the United States Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938, as amended.
