FruitSmart, Inc. Blackberry Seed Oil is prepared through the mechanical cold-press expeller processing of blackberry seeds. No solvents or chemicals are used at any stage of production. The process produces unrefined blackberry seed oil, which is then lightly filtered, purged with nitrogen, and securely packed in appropriate containers. This seed oil is an upcycled product that FruitSmart, Inc. offers. The chemical, solvent, and deodorizer-free process, in which no additional heat is added, results in a natural and clean-label product that works exceptionally well in nutraceutical applications, beauty and personal care, baked goods, snacks, and beverages. This product is processed, packaged, and shipped in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and the United States Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938, as amended.
