Gelest POLY(DIETHOXYSILOXANE), 40-42% SiO2 (PSI-021) is a base for zinc-rich paints, a binder for "lost wax" investment casting of refractory metals, and a crosslinker for two-component condensation-cure (silanol) RTVs. SiBrid® DIETHICONE DE-12 (DE-12) is a light emollient that provides excellent spreading and blending. It is especially suited for use in water-in-silicone and powder cream foundations. This product is also an exceptional vehicle for pigment wetting and dispersion. It is used as a solvent for a wide range of cosmetic oils, silicones, and even some waxes.

SiBrid® DIETHICONE DE-15 (DE-15) is a light emollient with a soft, cushion-like skin feel. It imparts excellent slip and spreading properties in skin care and color cosmetics. In water-in-silicone foundations and pressed powders, this product serves as an excellent vehicle for wetting pigments. It exhibits far greater compatibility with common cosmetic ingredients than dimethicone fluids.

SiBrid® DIETHICONE DE-23 (DE-23) is a rich, non-tacky emollient that is substantive to the skin. It provides a rich feel in water-in-silicone emulsions and lipsticks. Due to its excellent pigment-wetting properties, this product also serves as a good binder in pressed powders.

Gelest Chromium Oxide Green SR (GIA-SRA) is a green color powder treated with trimethylsiloxysilicate. The hydroxyl-terminated silsesquioxane network in the coating improves adhesion to skin and hair, making it ideal for use in color cosmetic formulations. This pigment is the best candidate for use in long-wearing and water-resistant makeup.

Gelest Yellow Iron Oxide TC (YIA-TCA) is a yellow powder treated with triethoxycaprylylsilane. This alkyl silane coating provides a very hydrophobic surface that increases the ease of particle dispersion in natural and synthetic fluids and helps stabilize particles in emulsion systems.

SiBrid® CAPRYLYL METHICONE (TM-081) combines a light, dry feel and the excellent slip of silicone with excellent organic compatibility. Due to its good pigment-wetting properties, this product is recommended as an excellent vehicle for long-wearing foundations, lipsticks, and eye shadows. It also performs well as an additive in bath and tanning oils to enhance spreadability and reduce tack in many oil-based formulations.
