GEMATILEN® BK70 HD is 70% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. The product has been engineered specifically for FILM and bag manufacture. It can be blended with LDPE, HDPE, MDPE and LLDPE at up to 50% or 40% depending on the application.

GEMATILEN® BK75 HD is 75% Calcium carbonate filled PE. It is an off-the-shelf compound filler masterbatch. It is from 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (Chalk, CaCO3) filled LLDPE based compound. Which demonstrate outstanding mechanical properties such as high strength, high stiffness and excellent impact resistance.
