Gemef Industries CRACRICE is a natural CLEAN LABEL extruded cereal with no added ingredients or additives, other than the cereals. 100% cereal with a high density in order to produce a particularly crispy texture, CRACRICE is available in several shapes.

Gemef Industries Malted wheat flour is Manufactured from selected malted flours chosen for their enzymatic potency, the malted wheat flour is rich in alpha-amylases, acts on the volume and aspect of breads. It also improves the texture of the soft part.

Gemef Industries CRACMALT is obtained by the extrusion cooking of a cereal mix rich in malt and sugar. Our technology gives a very light product with a melting texture and a spherical shape for easy coating. CRACMALT is indeed intended for chocolate coating, then sold to the consumer as a snacking product.
