GENOFOCUS Nattokinase

Nattokinase has the ability to dissolve amyloid fibrils, which build up as plaque in the blood and even brain and can lead to brain cell damage. Nattokinase has been shown to support a healthy circulatory system by helping to maintain normal fibrinogen levels in blood.

Features & Benefits

Labeling Claims
Main Competence
  • High content of enzyme activity: 20,000 FU/g of nattokinase (vitamin K2 removed)
  • Cheaper than other thrombosis therapy, such as urokinase, hirudin and streptokinase, etc.
  • 1 g of nattokinase corresponds to 1,600 IU of urokinase
  • Peak serum levels of nattokinase were observed at approximately 13.3 ± 2.5 h postdose*.
  • GF nattokinase is produced in the cost-effective GMP biomanufacturing facility by using a Bacillus subtilis strain isolated from Korean fermented-soybean sauce.
Nattokinase (NK) as a Therapeutic Enzyme
  • Prevent heart atacks and strokes
  • Decrease blood thickness allowing improved blood flow and circulation
  • Increase oxygen deliverability
  • Increase the availability of other nutrients and supplements
  • Decrease blood pressure, both systolic and diastolic
  • Decrease the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Nattokinase Benefits
  • Decreased varicose veins
  • Improved vision
  • Improved bone density
  • Minimized joint pain in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
  • Reduction of migraine headaches
  • Decreased cholesterol
  • Prevention of joint and muscle pains from excessive physical exertion

Technical Details & Test Data

Oral antithrombotic Enzyme for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease

GENOFOCUS Nattokinase - Oral Antithrombotic Enzyme For The Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease

Mode of Action of Nattokinase (NK)

GENOFOCUS Nattokinase - Mode of Action of Nattokinase (Nk)

  • Nattokinase dissolves blood clots by directly hydrolyzing fibrin and plasmin substrate.
  • It converts endogenous prourokinase to urokinase (uPA).
  • It also degrades plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1) and increases the level of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA).
