Efficacies of Vitamin K2 MK-7: Vascular calcification causes cardiovascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, vascular stiffness, heart disease and myocardial infarction. Vitamin K2 intake may help prevent coronary artery disease by preventing calcification of blood vessels.
