Glyptal® C1968 is designed to be used where excellent functional properties are a must. Its excellent resistance to topcoat lifting extends its use into areas where excellent exterior topcoats (2-package urethanes) are needed.

Glyptal® 880 is a thermoplastic shellac adhesive designed for bonding gaskets and used wherever excellent oil resistance is required, that is transformers, etc.

Glyptal® 1201A is a aerosol-spray version of 1201 is packed for con-venience and greater econonomy in a large, 361-gram can. Pressurant is non-fluorocarbon.

Glyptal® 9620 INSULATING VARNISH is a clear air-drying , insulating, and finishing varnish designed for applications where oil, moisture, and acid-resistant coatings are desired. This fast-drying, synthetic-resin-type varnish is often used as a final coat over other varnishes, giving a hard, glossy protective coating. Glyptal® 9620 Varnish has excellent heat resistance and will operate as a finish coat at temperatures up to 130ºC on an apparatus that is not flexed. Although primarily an airdrying varnish, the oil, moisture, acid, and salt water resistance are greatly improved by baking. Glyptal® 9620 has excellent adhesion to most materials. It has excellent dip tank stability where the proper thinners are used.

Glyptal® 1201 is excellent as a general purpose paint. Available in quarts, gallon, 5 gallon pails and drum containers ready for brushing. May be thinned for spray applications.

Glyptal® CE387 is an air-dry epoxy enamel designed to give maximum durability and a high degree of chemical resistance. Because of the durability and chemical resistance, this product is well suited for use as a machinery enamel where resistance to oil, coolants, and other corrosive agents is essential. CE-387 provides excellent adhesion to cleaned steel surfaces. CE-387 is ideally suited for all interior surfaces where maximum durability is required. Often used on windings.

Glyptal® 8001 is a red, insulating enamel that can be air-dried or baked. Films of this paint have excellent humidity and salt water resistance as well as dielectric strength. Glyptal® 8001 Red offers good heat aging properties and oil resistance. This paint is not suitable for the inside coating of dielectric oil containers.

Glyptal® C1800 is designed as a quick-dry, high viscosity gasket seal. The C-1800 red enamel is an excellent protective coating suitable for almost all types of equipment where oil, moisture, and acid resistance as well as good weatherability are desired. It has superior thermal resistance. C-1800 is also very useful in a variety of pipe-thread compound, gasket adhesive, vacuum system sealer, etc.
