GLYPTAL CE-237 is designed for the finishing of motor end windings. This material is an offset to 7815 and has improved arc resistance.
- Applications
GLYPTAL CE-237 may be applied by spray or dip methods. This material must be kept well agitated during use. Surfaces to be painted should be clean and dry.
- Reduction: Spray: Thin to 25-30 seconds (#2 Zahn Cup) with 1500 Thinner.
- Dip: Thin to 23-28 seconds (#2 Zahn Cup) with Solvesso 100.
- Surface Preprations
Surfaces to be painted should be dry and free from dirt, wax, grease, rust, and oil. Remove grease and oil by washing surface with mineral spirits.
