Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts 28% FAT PEANUT FLOUR (40% PROTEIN) are Golden’s partially defatted peanut flours are made from U.S. grown high-oleic peanuts, which are roasted and pressed in an all-natural oil extracting process (no solvents used) to deliver 12 percent and 28 percent fat level ingredients. Peanut flours are easy-to-use dry powder ingredients that are high in plant-based protein, very stable and provide wonderful roasted flavor and aroma. Peanuts are inherently gluten-free and our peanut flours are manufactured in a dedicated peanut processing facility.

Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts ROASTED AROMATIC PEANUT OIL is a highly aromatic 100 percent peanut oil that has a strong roasted peanut flavor and aroma. The oil is removed from roasted peanuts through an all–natural pressing process. Only U.S. high-oleic peanuts are used, resulting in a very stable peanut oil due to the more stable fat profile of high-oleic peanuts versus traditional peanuts.

Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts PEANUT EXTRACT is a 100 percent dark roasted peanut oil that captures the intense flavor of roasted peanuts and imparts a rich amber color. The peanut oil is removed through an all-natural, solvent-free pressing process resulting in an extract that is predominantly monounsaturated fatty acids and has 0g trans-fat per serving. For optimal quality and stability in delivering roasted peanut flavor, only U.S. high-oleic peanuts are used.
