Organic Kamut

Organic Kamut Khorasan Wheat is two to three times the size of common wheat, similar in texture to common wheat, but contains 20-40% more protein and a more digestible form of gluten. Use it as you would common wheat; grind into flour, or use the cooked Kamut® Korasan wheat in casseroles, soups, or as a side dish like rice.

Organic Kamut Rolled Khorasan Wheat contains 20-40% more protein than common rolled wheat, and can be used as other rolled grains – as a breakfast cereal or in baked goods, or as an interesting addition to other recipes. Grain Place Rolled Kamut® Khorasan wheat is processed in a way that increases digestibility, while retaining nutrients and improving storage quality.

Organic Kamut Khorasan Wheat Flour has a rich, buttery taste and is easier to digest than common wheat varieties. Kamut® Khorasan wheat flour may be used as a wheat flour alternative. Especially good for making pasta and pizza crust, also a great addition to your favorite pancake mix.
