Prolonged exposure to solar UV radiation is damaging to the body, and as the largest organ of the body, the skin takes the brunt of it in developing discolorations, wrinkles, sallowness, and loss of elasticity. Pro Soleil BCR is a Biotransformed extract combination of coconut, rice bran and Resveratrol that protects against the phototoxic effect of UV radiation and delivers antioxidants to help reduce oxidative stress in the skin.
- Coconut is a nourishing ingredient to help replenish, hydrate and soothe skin, while rice bran is rich in ferulic acid, a known antioxidant that also protects skin cells from light or radiation-induced damage. Resveratrol is another powerful antioxidant that is also a potent inducer of sirtuin, which activates proteins that regulate to slow down the aging process.
- BioTransformation is a unique extraction technology that uses plant derived enzymes to simplify complex botanical actives so they are more easily assimilated by the skin. This sustainable methodology allows for the use of minimal plant material with maximum results.
