Gumix Gellan Gum

Gumix Gellan Gum is a high-molecular weight carbohydrate. It is a naturally occurring polysaccharide industrially produced in a pure culture fermentation by the microorganism Sphingomonas elodea. Following fermentation, the broth is sterilized to prevent bacterial contamination, and Gellan Gum is recovered by precipitation with alcohol, drying, and milling.
