Suggested Uses

L-3615 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. It may also be used as a blending resin with the softer L-3614 to impart greater film flexibility. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.

Product Application

L-3615 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with other coatings for spray or pad bath applications. Solids can be adjusted with water to optimize dry coating weight. This product may also be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.

Curing

L-3615 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness. Typical drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties..
