Breads and baked goods baked dark with Panatura have the typical full aroma of a long batter. The breads are characterized by their particularly firm crumbs and slices, and they keep them fresh for a long time. Panatura pre-dough is easy to use and does not generate dust. The dough is silky-dry and does not stick. The exceptional fermentation tolerance makes it easier to prepare the dough and increases the volume of the baked goods. Baking agents with emulsifiers or other E numbers are no longer required.
