Breads and baked goods baked lightly with Panatura have the typical full aroma of a long dough. The breads are characterized by their particularly firm crumbs and slices, and they keep them fresh for a long time. Panatura pre-dough is easy to use and does not generate dust. The dough is silky-dry and does not stick. The exceptional fermentation tolerance makes dough preparation easier and increases the volume of the baked goods. Baking agents with emulsifiers or other E numbers are no longer required.

Dosage

3 - 4% Panatura light on the amount of flour used. The optimal dosage of Panatura light depends on the respective recipe and dough and should be determined and adjusted in tests.
