For priming and sealing dusty, absorbent surfaces to improve bonding of asphalt coatings and finishes. Used for priming thermal insulation, concrete, masonry, gypsum, asbestos, asphalt roofing felts and similar surfaces.
- Application
Prep: Surfaces must be dry and free from dust, dirt, grease and other foreign matter.
Apply by brush, roller or spray. Protect new work from open flame or adjacent welding activity. Avoid use where solvent odors may taint food or other susceptible products. Do not apply over coal-tar coatings. Do not apply to wet surfaces.

Use mineral spirits.
