Henry® 925 BES Sealant is a premium, moisture cure sealant for construction joints subject to dynamic joint movement. This one-part, low odor, moisture cure product provides excellent weathering resistance, flexibility, very low VOC, through use of a silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) polymer. Upon curing, it is paintable with latex based paints. This product is fully compatible with Henry air barrier, flashing, roofing and waterproofing systems.

Henry® 930-18 is a synthetic rubber based adhesive designed for use with thermofused SBS modified bitumen membranes and hot applied rubberized asphalt membranes.

Henry® 910-01 is a quality penetrating primer of thin brush or spray consistency.

810-07 Non-Fibered Asphalt Roof and Foundation Coating is a non-fibred, solvent type roof and damp proofing coating of medium consistency. It will preserve and restore new and existing metal and smooth asphalt roofing. It is excellent for damp proofing, and can be applied by brush or spray.

Henry® 930-38 is a non-flammable adhesive designed for use with self-adhered SBS modified bitumen base sheets. The risk of primer flare-up is eliminated when modified bitumen cap sheets are thermofused to the self-adhered base sheet.

ClearPatch™ Clear Roof Sealant is a clear rubberized waterproof sealant designed for general use in roof repairs. ClearPatch™ Clear Roof Sealant can be applied to dry or wet surfaces and under inclement weather conditions. Its consistency permits easy application even in cold weather. ClearPatch™ Clear Roof Sealant will not slump or flow when applied on vertical surfaces.

MetalShield® #295 Metal Seam Sealer is a mastic grade rubberized polymer modified sealant. It is applied by brush or with a bulk caulking gun and dries to form a tight rubberized seal prior to applying the MetalShield® Elastomeric Roof Coating (rubber-based).

810-09 Fibrated Asphalt Roof Coating is a high quality, medium consistency, solvent type asphalt roof coating composed of specially selected asphalts and graded fibers and fillers. Suitable for brush or spray applications.
