HeBoCoat® PL-W 130 is a pure, water-based and ready-to-use Boron Nitride coating with inorganic binders for high temperature processes. It is particulary suited for use in aluminum casting processes.

HeBoCoat ® SL-E 125* is a boron nitride spray supplied in an easy-to-use aerosol can. The use of an ethanol base ensures good surface wetting of the coated substrate as well as quick drying. The inorganic binders ensure very good adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics and graphite, especially at high temperatures. The proportion of fine boron nitride particles endow the resultant coating with good release and lubricating properties. HeBoCoat®EL-W 250 is a highly concentrated water-based Boron Nitride coating for use in the aluminum casting industry and in the finishing of fiber glass.

HeBoCoat® EL-W 300 is a highly-concentrated, water-based, boron nitride suspension which was developed especially as an additive for galvanic baths. The extremely fine boron nitride particles ensure good suspension stability and a high storage rate during the electroplating process.

HeBoCoat® PL-W 200 is a pure, water-based Boron Nitride coating with organic binder, resulting in excellent surface wetting and adhesion.

HeBoCoat® EL-W 100 is a water-based, ready-to-use boron nitride suspension that has been developed especially as a high-temperature release layer for forming processes. Thanks to the inorganic binder system, the product offers the optimum compromise between good substrate adhesion and a very good lubricating and release effect.

HeBoCoat® PL-E 125 is a Boron Nitride coating in an ethanol base with the addition of an inorganic binder. The high temperature adhesive properties of the coating to metallic substrates, glass, ceramics and graphite are excellent.

HeBoCoat® SL-E 200 is a Boron Nitride spray supplied in a practical aerosol can. Its ethanol base enables quick drying and good substrate wetting. The organic binder ensures excellent adhesion. The use of fine Boron Nitride powder particles provides good lubricating and release properties, also at high temperatures.

HeBoCoat® PL-E 200 is a Boron Nitride coating in an ethanol base with the addition of organic binders. Because of its excellent release and lubricating properties it is frequently used in the sintering of diamond tools.

HeBoFill® LL-SP 120 is a Boron Nitride powder of high purity. Its high crystallinity results in excellent lubrication. The powder is also characterised by a narrow grain size distribution. The high crystallinity results in a relatively low specific surface area. This property enables a low increase in viscosity at high filler loadings.

HeBoFill® BL-PC 060 is a technical recycling quality which is produced during the machining of sintered boron nitride components. Composition and particle size distribution are adjusted by means of targeted processing. Due to the raw materials used, this powder also contains admixtures of valuable refractory zirconium and silicon compounds. Boron nitride is resistant up to 900°C in air and up to 2000°C under vacuum/inert conditions.

HeBoFill® LL-SP 050 is a Boron Nitride powder with good crystallinity and a narrow grain size distribution. Its fine particle size and low agglomerate content makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
