We are specialized in developing and producing colors for foodstuffs and offer a full range of coloring foodstuff. Our team is passionate about colors and service, something which we provide proudly around the world.At our FSSC 22.000 approved production site we are able to produce and formulate liquid colors in various concentrations. We produce Solutions of Carmine, Curcumin, Carbon Black, Paprika Oleoresins, Annatto and Copper Chlorophyllin. Coloring Foods sales is increasing and we produce for example Spirulina Blue, Safflower and various blends to create variations in the green shade.Our team is fully geared to provide you with a high standard of service. At Holland Ingredients, we think you should still be able to give is a call to order just what you need, without being charged a small order penalty. Holland Ingredients Leaf Green is a green water soluble powder produced from Spirulina and Safflower. Leaf Green is a Coloring Food Stuff suitable for clean labeling.

Holland Ingredients Curcumin is derived from the root of the Curcuma Longa L. Curcumin is available as powder or liquid.

Holland Ingredients Paprika Oleoresin suitable for clean labeling. This product is available with a color strength upto 40.000 cu and is obtained through the extraction of red chili peppers under controlled conditions. Paprika Oleosresin is used in the food industry to impart red color.

Holland Ingredients Red Radish Powder is made from fresh vegetables. The extract is spray dried on maltodextrin. The color is based on the natural content of anthocyanins. Declaration Color: Anthocyanins.

Holland Ingredients Black Carrot Liquid is a dark red liquid produced by extraction and concentration of the juice from selected carrots. The ingredients are purple carrot extract and as acidity regulator citric acid is added, as preservative potassium sorbate. This product is a coloring foodstuff without E-number.

Holland Ingredients Safflower Liquid is a dark yellow viscous liquid. The product is a concentrated extract of Safflower (Cartamus tinctoris) produced by aqueous extraction of Carthamus. The ingredients consist of a natural flavoring preparation and sucrose. We also offer a spray dried Safflower powder. This product is a coloring foodstuff without E-number.

Holland Ingredients Turmeric 10% is an extract of turmeric (Curcuma longa) with reduced flavor. Turmeric extract is widely used in the Food Industry as a natural colorant and is suitable for clean labeling.

Holland Ingredients Spirulina Green Solution is a green Micro-algae rich in pigments like phycocyanin, carotenoids and chlorophyll.

Holland Ingredients Beetroot Juice is a dark Bordeaux-red liquid produced by pressing of red beet. The product is pasteurized (minimum 70° Celsius during minimum 2 minutes) and the major coloring principle is betanin. Ingredients are Red Beet Juice and citric acid (E330). The product is suitable for clean label solutions.
