The product is pasteurized (minimum 70° Celsius during minimum 2 minutes) and the major coloring principle is betanin. Ingredients are Red Beet Juice and citric acid (E330). The product is suitable for clean label solutions.

Holland Ingredients Spinach Powder Extract is obtained from micronizing of fresh, sound, washed, selected, dehydrated and granulated spinach. Spinach Powder is a green water soluble powder.
