Packaging

The product is supplied in fiber drums (20 kg).

Storing

RELEASE PP 100 is in 100% solid form, and can be stored safely at almost all normal temperatures below its melting point. If in solution, it must be stored at temperatures not below 18°C to prevent gelification. In case of partial or total solidification, heat the product and stir well. The product will become as fluid as before. Do not coat if the solution is not completely clear or if solidification occurs. The solution must be handled with caution because of solvent presence (avoid inhalation, skin contact and ignition sources). Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).

Handling

The recommended solvent is toluene, warmed at temperatures higher than 25°C (caution: highly flammable!). Prepare a master solution at 5-10% TS by adding slowly RELEASE PP 100 to the solvent and stir continuously. Dilute this master solution to the final 0.5 - 3% concentration.
