RELEASE K 100 DI is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. RELEASE K 100 DI is produced through a particular polymerization tecnique completely free of heavy metal catalysts. The product does not contain silicone components.

RELEASE PP 25 ECO DIL. 0,6 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

RELEASE PP 100 is a synthetic polymer in a 100% solid form. It is usually dissolved in aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene). It is a very efficient release agent for adhesive tapes based on following films: PP, PE, PET and PVC, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubbers, hot melts and acrylic adhesives.

ADDITIVE ST 2X is a xylene solution additive to be added to inks before printing PP acrylic tapes or special easy- printable hot-melt and solvent borne PSA tapes.

RELEASE PP 25 S is a polyvinyl carbamate in xylene solution. It is heavy metals free.

TACKIFIER 55 is a water-borne dispersion of modified natural resins. The product is solvent free. Ring & ball of the base resin = 62-65°C

TACKIFIER 80 is a solvent-free, water borne tackifier dispersion. The resin component is a high grade stabilized rosin ester, designed to provide very good adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates.

COLOR PASTE WA BLACK is an APEO-free water dispersion of carbon black. Total pigment concentration: 37-39%.

TACKIFIER 765 is a solvent-free, water borne tackifier dispersion. It is APEO free. The resin component is a high quality disproportionated rosin ester, designed to provide very good adhesive performance to a wide range of substrates. Ring & Ball value of the base resin = 64°C approx.

COLOR PASTE WA RED 346 is an APEO-free water dispersion of organic pigments. Total pigment concentration: about 37%.

COLOR PASTE W AVANA 7 (brown) is a waterborne dispersion of inorganic pigments. Pigment concentration: approx 58%.

When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. New version with high purity, enhanced solubility and easier release effect. The product is silicone free.

When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. Thanks to its excellent solubility it is particularly suitable for printing applications (BOPP packaging tapes, PE protective films, etc). RELEASE K100 S is also recommened for the coextrusion of PE and PP films, where a constant release effect over the complete surface can be obtained. The product is silicone free.
