RELEASE WR 2603 is designed as a release coating for porous substrates, such as kraft paper, masking papers, non wovens, fabrics, which have to stay in contact with hot-melt and solvent adhesives. It works well also on plastic surfaces coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives.

Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C; avoid direct sunlight. During storage, the product tends to separate: in that case it is necessary to stir for 10 - 15 minutes before use. Use within 9 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).

- Handling
The quantity to apply depends on substrate porosity; we suggest to dilute at about 12% and coat 1-2 g dry/sqm on saturated masking paper. On plastic surfaces, we recommend to dilute at 2-3% and coat 0.2 – 0.3 g dry/sqm. Application methods: Meyer bar, roto-gravure. To achieve the highest release properties, we recommend to set the drying temperature so that the substrate reaches 120-130°C for a few seconds.
