Handling

The quantity to apply depends on substrate porosity; we suggest to dilute at about 12% and coat 1-2 g dry/sqm on saturated masking paper. On plastic surfaces, we recommend to dilute at 2-3% and coat 0.2 – 0.3 g dry/sqm. Application methods: Meyer bar, roto-gravure. To achieve the highest release properties, we recommend to set the drying temperature so that the substrate reaches 120-130°C for a few seconds.
