LOPON® defoamers are highly effective solutions for interior and exterior emulsion paints and plasters, silicone resin paints, emulsion silicate paints and plasters, and adhesives. LOPON® E series defoamers are alternatives to silicone and mineral oil based products. HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are effective against flash rusting and in-can corrosion, though the benefits of using these products does not end there. Our HALOX® Corrosion Inhibitors are ideally suited for high gloss, thin film, and clear coat applications. They also provide superior synergy when used in combination with inorganic corrosion inhibitors in traditional coatings. To achieve desired performance of your resin system proper selection of HALOX® Inhibitors is essential.

HALOX® BW-100 is a white, nonrefractive, tannin stain-inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems and has been specifically designed as a tannin stain inhibitor, providing performance and compatibility in a variety of resin systems such as acrylic latexes, vinyl acrylic latexes, styrenated acrylic latexes, and solventborne alkyds.

LOPON® E 100 is a defoamer for glossy paints that is VOC-, mineral oil-, and silicone-free. It is designed to provide a high gloss on the paint surface while offering a long-term effect. With its wide range of applications, this product exhibits excellent compatibility with various types of emulsions. Additionally, it boasts low sedimentation, ensuring smooth and consistent performance.


LOPON® E 100



HALOX® XTAIN® L-47 is a liquid stain-inhibiting additive that is zinc-free, ammonia-free, and free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Specifically formulated to prevent tannin bleed, it is highly effective in waterborne coating systems such as acrylic emulsions and polyurethane dispersions (PUD) used on various wood species, including redwood, merbau, and oak. This advanced additive delivers exceptional performance while meeting European ecolabel requirements, as it does not rely on Zn2+ cations. HALOX® XTAIN® L-47 offers similar efficiency to its predecessor, HALOX® XTAIN® L-44.


HALOX® XTAIN® L-47

HALOX® 700 is a white, non-refractive, corrosion-inhibiting pigment used in protective coatings. It provides extended protection in solvent-based and water-based epoxy and urethane coatings through the combination of zinc and aluminum phosphates. When used in alkyd and acrylic coatings, it is recommended to use it in combination with HALOX® Organic Corrosion Inhibitors for optimal performance.

HALOX® 700

HALOX® CW-314 is a heavy metal-free, non-toxic, anti-corrosive pigment designed for use in waterborne and solvent-borne protective coating systems. It is particularly suitable for systems where 21 CFR 175.300 approval or compliance with ANSI or NSF standards is required. HALOX® CW-314 is highly effective in improving the infrared (IR) reflectance and thermal emissivity of elastomeric roof coatings. It enhances the total solar reflectance (TSR) while maintaining dirt pick-up resistance (DPUR) and preventing mildew growth. It can be used alone or in combination with other non-toxic corrosion inhibitors and mineral pigments in the formulation of environmentally friendly specialty paints.

HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is an effective liquid additive used in the manufacture of water-based protective coatings to inhibit flash rust and in-can rusting. Testing has demonstrated that HALOX® FLASH-X® 150 is highly effective at relatively low loading levels when compared to other flash and in-can rust inhibitors. It has also shown excellent flash rust inhibitive performance on various metal substrates, including iron, steel, galvanized iron, galvalume, and zincalume.

HALOX® 350 is a highly active organic corrosion inhibitor with 97–100% solids, specifically designed to prevent flash rust and in-can corrosion while also providing temporary corrosion protection. This product is an effective alternative to toxic nitrite-based flash rust inhibitors. It is in the form of a slightly yellow powder.

LOPON® E 13 is a defoamer that is specifically designed for use in paints and plasters. It is mineral oil-free and silicone-free, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer alternative solutions. LOPON® E 13 provides a good long-term effect and has a wide range of applications. It is also highly compatible with different types of emulsions and has low sedimentation during storage. Additionally, LOPON® E 13 is compliant with BfR XIV and FDA regulations, ensuring its safety for use.

HALOX® CZ-170 is a versatile pigment used in protective coating systems to inhibit corrosion and tannin staining. It is a great replacement for zinc oxide and can be used in high-gloss and thin-film applications due to its finer particle size and narrow distribution. With a gloss of over 75 units at 60° and a film thickness of less than 1.0 mils, or 25 microns, HALOX® CZ-170 is a great option for a variety of coating needs. It can be used to protect both metal and wood substrates, making it a universal option for coating systems.

LOPON® PL is formulated using a blend of amine phosphonate and polyacrylate copolymer. It provides excellent dispersing properties, ensuring uniform distribution of pigments. This feature effectively prevents color variations and fluctuations. LOPON® PL prevents uneven color shading caused by different brush stroke directions.
