Our 1:1 Monk Fruit Erythritol blend is the perfect zero-calorie sweetener for brands, bakeries and manufacturers alike. It has the same taste and texture as sugar and is a great substitute for most applications. Our clients have used this product to sweeten everything from cakes and cookies to granolas, teas, and other baking items. Because Erythritol is roughly 60% the sweetness of sugar, we've combined it with the Monk Fruit, which is around 300 times sweeter than sugar to get the 1:1 ratio.
