Casperome® is a purified mixture of triterpenoid acids obtained from the gum resin of Boswellia serrata. Given the poor bioavailability of these compounds, Indena has formulated the extract with Phytosome® technology to optimize their absorption. Boswellia extracts have been demonstrated to be effective in the management of various inflammatory response functions, including those that occur in the bowel, joints, bones, respiratory airways, and brain, with a mechanism of action that involves the modulation of the natural inflammatory response, both acting on prostanoid synthesis (mPGE2S) and protein degradation (caspases) and transcription factors (Nf-ÎºB).

Prodigest® is a combination of two standardized ingredients: a lipophilic CO2 extract of ginger roots (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) and a unique extract of artichoke leaves (Cynara cardunculus L.) that has been shown to improve digestion. Paclitaxel is a pure molecule obtained from the twig and leaves of Taxus x media Rehder. This product is used as an anticancer and antimitotic active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 97% of the active component by HPLC. This product has been granted a Certificate of Suitability (CEP).
