Calamide® MC is a white to off-white flake containing 1:1 coconut monoethanolamide. It has a low free amine content and is an excellent substitute for diethanolamides. Calamide® MC increases viscosity in a variety of detergent systems while also acting as a foam stabilizer. This product is made from a renewable vegetable resource. A product with a low free amine content that is an excellent substitute for diethanolamides. Shampoos, body washes, bubble baths, liquid soaps, and hair conditioners all contain it. High pH stability, foam stability, and foam boosting properties are all exceptional. It has excellent viscosity-building properties. It has the advantage of being completely water soluble and having a low free amine content.
