SYNTHALEN® M is a synthetic polymer that is well-known and widely used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries as a thickener and suspending agent due to its safety and versatility. It is virtually solvent-free because it is produced using a proprietary manufacturing technique (50 ppm max of methylene chloride). SYNTHALEN® M dispersions have low viscosity at 0.2 percent or less and high viscosity at higher concentrations (0.5 percent or more) These characteristics enable the production of multiple products from a single polymer.
