Intec Foams Melamine Foam is a low-density, open-cell polymer material, which offers specific benefits in certain applications, particularly where sound absorption, fire retardant, heat and chemical resistance are required. Melamine is a flexible, lightweight foam material suitable for a range of uses.

Intec Foams PE Foam LD15 is a closed cell Polyethylene foam produced in cross-linked or non cross-linked versions.

Intec Foams Neoprene Foam DK1410 has several different densities which are manufactured in raw block form or in rolls. The flexibility of Neoprene means that the foams are suitable for a wide variety of applications requiring a rubber type foam which has good resistance and/or characteristics for different liquids. Intec Foams PVC Foam - VP100 is a soft, low density and flexible closed cell foam which is conformable and HF (High Frequency) weldable. VP100 has a PVC Vinyl foam of low density (100Kg/m3) with a skin on both sides.

Intec Foams PVC/Nitrile (NBR) Sponge Rubber ST-O – (BS 476 class O) is used as a low density thermal insulation foam in Building & Construction. When PVC and Nitrile are combined by polymerisation, they product is a soft, closed cell sponge rubber which needs a low deflection force to create a seal.

Intec Foams Firetec PU Foam is available in polyether and polyester versions, with UL94 HF1 and V0 grades of fire retardancy which is an important factor in many electronic and acoustical applications. Also to BS 476 part 6 & 7 Class O for the Building & Construction Industry.
