Unicell Sugar Cane Fiber is derived from the dry cell wall or fibrous residue remaining after expression or extraction of sugar juice from sugar cane, of the Saccharum genotype. Is consist primally of cellulose and hemicellulose. The production process consist of several steps, includings: chipping, alkaine digestion, removal of lignins and other non-cellulosic componends, bleaching of purified fibers, acid washing and neutralization. Unicell Sugar Cane fibers are used in multiple applications: bread, bakery goods, meat and muscle products, seasonings and spice, grated cheeses, special diet foods, sauces, beverages.
