SperseStab™ 6425 is a new proprietary system ideally suited for liquid color concentrate and candle applications. As a liquid, this new system offers greater dispersion and unmatched performance compared to solid analogues. The unique liquid UV stabilizer system is comprised of a highly effective synergistic blend.

SperseStab™ 2300 is a highly effective antioxidant, anti-scorch, disproportionation agent, and processing stabilizer for use in PVC, ABS, EPDM, PP, rosin ester, polyurethane, and polyethylene polymers. It is commonly used as an antioxidant for polyethylene pipes, wires, cables, and tubes, as well as greenhouse films. This unique antioxidant performs well with peroxide-cured systems and also functions as a disproportionation agent for rosin esters. Additionally, it works as an anti-scorch agent in TDI-based polyurethane systems and an anti-skinning agent in hot melt adhesives.

SperseStab™ 5153 is a mid-weight hindered amine light stabilizer with excellent permanence and compatibility with various filled systems, including carbon black, talc, CaCO3, Mg(OH)2, and others. This cost-effective product is ideal for roofing membranes, exterior packaging, and machine parts. The use of filled systems is becoming increasingly popular due to their structural, economic, and processing advantages. SperseStab™ 5153 can be used alone or in combination with other additives, including antioxidants, hindered amine light stabilizers, and UV absorbers. Other potential applications include filled nylon systems with SperseStab™ 5153 alone or in conjunction with other antioxidants.

SperseStab™ 1680 is a phosphite antioxidant for use in a wide variety of polymers and lubricants. SperseStab™ 1680's higher molecular weight, low volatility, and hydrolytic stability, combined with attributes associated with its physical form, provide greater permanence, compatibility, and dispersion.

SperseBright OB-1 is a fluorescent brightening agent used to whiten engineering plastics, including polyester, polycarbonate, and styrenics. It provides superior Ganz whiteness in PC, PET, PS, and PMMA at concentrations as low as 100 ppm. SperseBright OB-1 can be used alone or in combination with SperseStab hindered amines, antioxidants, and selected UV absorbers.

SperseStab™ 1445 is a secondary aromatic amine antioxidant used in polyolefins, polyamides, styrenic polymers, polyols, polyester elastomers, hot-melt adhesives, and lubricants. The product appears as a white to off-white powder with a melting point of 95°C. It provides excellent performance over a broad range of temperatures.

SperseStab™ 3360 is a very low-volatility benzotriazole UV absorber designed for use as a light stabilizer in a variety of plastics. Its low volatility makes it ideal for use in engineering plastics and fibers processed at high temperatures. With high molecular weight, low blooming, and minimal plateout in PC and other polymers, including PET, POM, PBT, PMMA, and polyamides, it is an ideal choice for co-extrusion multi-layer applications.

SperseStab™ 1081 is a highly effective and low-volatility solid amine-class antioxidant ideal for a variety of rubber polymers, olefins, α-olefins, and lubricant applications. SperseStab-1081 is well-suited for neoprene, EPDM, and nitrile rubbers. It is also used in lubricants, including greases, compressor oils, turbine oils, and hydraulic fluids. SperseStab™ 1081 may be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants, including phenolics and phosphites.

SperseStab™ 6050 is formulated to provide UV protection to plasticized PVC as well as TPU, RIM, and urethane foam systems. As a liquid, it is easily incorporated and provides excellent weatherability and economy. It represents a lower-viscosity alternative to competitive products without the use of volatile organics. Use alone or in combination with other UV stabilizers or antioxidants. SperseStab™ 6050 is a 100% active liquid UV stabilizer system designed for use in coatings and systems where acids may be present. Based on a N-OR HALS and synergistic UV absorbers, the system is tolerant of acids and is ideal for PVC, acrylics, and alkyd-based coatings. SperseStab™ 6050 can also be used in liquid color/additive masterbatches and candles.

SperseStab™ 3030 is a cyanoacrylate UV absorber with low volatility, designed for use in high-temperature extrusion polymers including polycarbonate (PC), polyamides (PA), polyesters (PET), and styrenics (ABS and ASA). Offering excellent initial color, SperseStab™ 3030 is ideal for enhancing clarity without interacting with catalysts or other additives.

SperseStab™ 4003 works in conjunction with HALS to provide improved color and stability compared to HALS alone. SperseStab™ 4003 represents an economical alternative to competitive UV systems. Furthermore, SperseStab™ 4003 has been formulated to have a minimal impact on burns when compared to other UV stabilizer systems.

SperseStab™ 6000 is a 100% active UV stabilizer that is miscible with a large number of solvents and plasticizers. It is easily incorporated into many different plastics and is ideal for use in flexible and rigid PVC, plastisols, and liquid color concentrate formulations. SperseStab™ 6000 may also be used in polyurethane coatings as well as vinyl and acrylic adhesives. It is compatible with polyolefins, polyolefin films, and candle wax. SperseStab™ 6000 features a patent-pending technology that provides superior UV performance with light fastness improvements ranging from 15% to 100%, depending on the polymer matrix.

SperseStab™ 6092 is a 100% active liquid stabilizer designed for liquid color concentrates. This product is formulated to provide UV protection to polyolefins, urethane systems, and plasticized PVC. As a liquid, it is easily incorporated and provides excellent weatherability at an economical price. In polypropylene and HDPE, it provides a significant improvement over 292 at the same level of use.

SperseStab™ 1425 is a high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant containing a phosphonate located para to the phenol. This orientation provides excellent color and low gas fading in a UV-stabilized antioxidant. The calcium salt acts as a soluble catalyst, especially for the esterification of rosin esters. Additionally, SperseStab™ 1425 works as a catalyst in the solid-state polymerization of PET polymers. Other applications include polyolefins, fibers, adhesives, and lubricating oils and greases.

SperseBright OB is ideal for adhesives, coatings, acrylics, and urethanes, as well as rigid and plasticized PVC. It is a heat-resistant, solvent-soluble, and chemically stable fluorescent whitener supplied in a fine powder form that is easier to dissolve and/or disperse compared to conventional product forms of larger particle sizes. This form is ideal for screen-printing and coating applications. SperseBright OB can be used in combination with antioxidants and certain UV stabilizers that absorb UV-B radiation.

SperseStab™ 1245 is a slightly less hindered phenol antioxidant that provides increased activity compared to other hindered phenols. It provides excellent processing and long-term stability and has excellent color and solubility in engineering resins, including POM, PA, polyester, and polyurethanes. It can be used in combination with other antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and UV absorbers. Of particular note are combinations with SperseStab™ 1680 as well as combinations with HALS.

SperseStab™ 4866 is ideally suited for both PVC and TPU systems, with strong UV-B absorbance as well as radical trapping ability that does not impart color under UV stability testing. Additionally, SperseStab™ 4866 includes a synergistic UV stabilizer for additional long-term UV stability. It can be used in conjunction with other thermal stabilizers and antioxidants.

SperseStab™ 2000 is a unique, multi-application antioxidant and radical trap. As an in-can stabilizer for UV coatings, it protects storage stability better than TMQ, BHT, and other stabilizers. In the surface treatment of elastomeric nylons (spandex and Lycra), it protects the color stability of the fiber. In polyolefins, SperseStab™ 2000 outperforms other hydroxyl-amine stabilizers in the protection of melt flow and gas fading. It also offers protection as an antioxidant in thermoplastic polyurethanes.

SperseStab™ 6020 is a highly effective UV stabilizer system for candles, but it may also find application in coatings, liquid color concentrates, unsaturated polyester, and vinyl esters. In addition to providing unique benefits, SperseStab™ 6020 represents an economical alternative to competitive UV systems. Furthermore, SperseStab™ 6020 has been formulated to have minimal impact on burn compared to other UV stabilizer systems.

SperseStab™ 3290D is a benzotriazole UV absorber that is effective for the light stabilization of candles as well as olefins. It protects the waxes, dyes, and fragrances from UV radiation, preserving their intended appearance and physical properties. It is designed for easier dispersion in aliphatic systems such as candle wax or olefins without the dust and EHS (environment, health, and safety) concerns associated with powdered products.

SperseStab™ PANA is a highly efficient aminic antioxidant with excellent compatibility with a number of base oils. It offers a higher TGA than many alternative products and is ideal for lubricants and greases. The radical trapping ability increases with higher temperatures and is synergistic with other phenolic or phosphite type antioxidants. As such, it performs well in RPVOT testing.

SperseStab™ 3290 is a benzotriazole UV stabilizer/absorber that is highly effective for the light stabilization of plastics, especially polyesters, PVC, styrenic polymers, acrylics, polycarbonates, and polyvinyl butyral. It protects the polymers from UV radiation and preserves their original appearance and physical properties.

SperseStab™ 2702 is a highly efficient antioxidant with a molar efficiency twice that of BHT and a significantly higher TGA. It is effective in non-color-critical adhesive applications and can be combined with other antioxidants and UV stabilizers. With its relatively high TGA, SperseStab™ 2702 can be used in a variety of applications, from PCMO to hydraulics, metalworking, and other lubricating systems. It can also be used in natural and synthetic elastomers, as well as resins and adhesives.

SperseStab™ TNPP is a liquid phosphite antioxidant and thermal stabilizer for use in elastomers, including SBR, NBR, and SIS. It is highly effective in light-colored solutions and emulsion-polymerized elastomers. It is extremely efficient at preventing gel formation during polymerization, processing, and long-term heat aging. Additionally, this cost-effective process stabilizer finds application in thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and ABS.
