SperseStab™ PANA is a highly efficient aminic antioxidant with excellent compatibility with a number of base oils. It offers a higher TGA than many alternative products and is ideal for lubricants and greases. The radical trapping ability increases with higher temperatures and is synergistic with other phenolic or phosphite type antioxidants. As such, it performs well in RPVOT testing.

Functions: Anti-Flex Cracking Agent, Antioxidant, Heat Stabilizer, Stabilizer

Compatible Polymers & Resins: Butyl Rubber (IIR), Isoprene Rubber (IR), Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR)

Guidelines for Use
  • Typical recommended for use in rubber products for protection against oxidation and thermal degradation. Interspersal SperseStab™ PANA is used in various rubbers including NBR, SBR, Polybutylene, Polyisoprene and many other polymers.
  • Interspersal SperseStab™ PANA also finds use in lubricants offering excellent compatibility for lubricants and greases.
  • Compared to Nonylated Diphenyl amine PANA offers significantly better TOST in turbine oil applications for groups I, II and IV oils. Please contact Interspersal Inc for specific recommendations.
