Jedwards International Monk Fruit Extract Powder is derived from the fruit of the Siraitia grosvenorii vine, is white to light yellow in color with a characteristic odor and sweet taste. For hundreds of years, people in Asia have used monk fruit extract and monk fruit juice (also in our product line) as a sweetener and for the high antioxidant levels. This 100% natural monk fruit powder, which contains 30% of the compound Mogroside V, is approximately 150-200 times sweeter than cane sugar and can be used as an alternative sweetener for any food or beverage in which you would add sugar, such as cereal, baked goods and smoothies.
