GlobalTech® AquaSonic® Aqueous Cleaner for Surface Mount Applications – Concentrate (SMA) is a proven, aqueous cleaning product for removing solder paste and/or SMD adhesives from stencils and misprinted circuit board assemblies. SMA is a concentrated mixture of water-dilutable solvents and specialty surfactants that have been specially formulated to be diluted, low foaming, and free rinsing. It is also effective in removing water soluble, rosin, no clean and lead-free solder flux residues. It contains no monoethanolamine (MEA), halogens or heavy metals.

GlobalTech® Epoxy & Adhesive Remover Odorless Formula (EAD) is an advanced odorless formula for cleaning screen printable epoxies, conductive epoxies, 2-part epoxies and most varieties of glue or adhesive residues. This remover is ideal for use in electronic assembly manufacturing and all industrial applications.

GlobalTech® Isopropyl Alcohol 99% (IPA) is a highly effective universal cleaner, degreaser and disinfectant. It removes most types of inks, pastes, fluxes, light oils and other contaminates associated with assembly, machining, soldering and printing. Ideal for use in surface preparation prior to manufacturing or assembly processes. Saturated wipe material options: polyester, industrial grade and critical-clean. Available in Isopropyl Alcohol & DI Water 70/30% blend.

GlobalTech® Ink & Screen Cleaner (IKS) features an innovative formulation to remove conductive, resistive, and dielectric thick film inks, as well as commercial inks used in the electronics and commercial printing industries. This powerful cleaner safely removes pastes, silicones and flux residues without damaging fragile emulsions. It is ideal for use as a general degreaser.

GlobalTech® SMT Stencil Cleaner (SMT) is an innovative formula that is safe, fast drying and odor free. Quickly and effectively removes all types of solder pastes and fluxes, UV curable inks, adhesives and thick films found in electronic assembly manufacturing. It is an excellent all purpose cleaner and overall degreaser. SMT has been approved for use by DEK in their solvent bar systems for their automatic stencil wiper assembly.

GlobalTech® Lead-Free Paste Remover (LFPR) is a safe, low cost cleaner for high tack and difficult to clean lead-free solder pastes, water soluble lead-free pastes and fluxes. It is also effective in removing all types of solder pastes, even those containing other metals, and fluxes. It works quickly to remove tough organic contaminants such as soldering oils, waxes, silicones, uncured adhesives and other similar soils found in electronic assembly manufacturing. LFPR dries at the right speed to enable complete cleaning without slowing down production. It can be used as a general degreaser.

GlobalTech® BSC-10A Electronics Cleaner (BSC) is the ultimate solvent product for benchtop defluxing and stencil/misprint cleaning. Effectively removes reflowed lead and lead-free paste residues, all types of flux residues, solder pastes, uncured SMD adhesives, silicone and acrylic conformal coatings and baked-on flux residues. It is a drop-in replacement for Bioact SC-10 and a suitable alternative to isopropyl alcohol (IPA), hydrocarbons, hydrofluoroethers (HFEs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), HCFC-141b and HCFC-225.

GlobalTech® Solder Paste & Flux Remover (PFR) is a highly effective defluxer/cleaner for R, RA, RMA, lead-free, no-clean, water soluble and OA solder pastes and fluxes. General degreaser for soldering oils, waxes, silicones, uncured adhesives and other difficult soils. PFR may be used straight for maximum cleaning power or diluted for use in dip or ultrasonic tanks. The high flash point makes this cleaner ideal for spray applications.
