Razeen ® LR 1160 is an especially developed co-reacting resin for manufacturing cataphoretic electrodeposition primer resins for automotive body coating applied by dipping process. Such coatings yield extremely high corrosion and stone chip resistance. Also this resin can preferably be used for acid cured filament-winding processed systems and as co-resin for other advanced resins.

Storage & Handling

This product has a minimum shelf life of 6 years when stored in unopened sealed containers in a dry location at room temperature. Like most liquid epoxy resins, Razeen ® LR 1160 may crystallize when stored below 6°C. Heating the resin to 60-70°C (140 - 160°F), for several hours will re-liquefy it and restore its original properties.
