Razeen® SR 5198 features a low color value and good compatibility with co-resins such as phenolic and amino resins. Container linings and baking enamels yield:

Application

Razeen® SR 5198 cured with phenolic or amino resins is suitable for the formulation of solvent containing linings for cans, tubes, and metal containers of all types. It also used in formulation of baking primers and enamels (coil coating) highly resistant to mechanical damage and chemicals. For the formulation of cold-curing coatings it is recommended to use polyisocyanates as hardeners.
