Kalizea Hominies, which we also call "Flaking Grits", are a raw material which has been traditionally used for many years in the laminated breakfast cereal process (as opposed to the extrusion process). Driven by new gluten-free trends, hominies are today used for the production of corn cakes, corn waffles, snacks, pastas as well as the extensive line of puffs.
