Kandy is a modern Polish fruit processing plant manufacturing components for the food industry.

We offer a wide range of fruit and cream components such as

thermostable fruit and cream fillings, hot glazes, cold glazes, products for ice-cream, candied fruit, fruit preparations for yogurt and others.

Our company has been in operation since 1985 and is trusted by reputable customers worldwide.

Kandy production plant is certified according to ISO 22000:2018 norm. We have also RSPO certificate and use only certified RSPO SG palm oil.

Fillings with reduced sugar inhalt. They are thermostable, although a little less than Lauretta brand. They are also deep freeze resistant. Can also be used after baking. Extract: 44 Bx. Water activity: 0,96.

Mirror glaze Ascanio (sometimes called also cold glaze) after applying onto product makes on top a transparent film that will make your product shine and protect pastry and fresh fruits on top. You don't have to heat it nor add anything - just use it.
