- Dosage according to needs. Glaze prevents pastry, fresh fruit and cakes, wafer disks from drying out and allows to obtain a smooth and shiny surface. Heat it (80-95oC) and then spray onto the product with a heatable spraying device or by hand with a brush or similar tool. Do not add water. Product for confectionery craftsmanship and industry.
