- Fire Retardant - Our Kel-Prime testing as a fire retardant was performed years ago by the fire department whereby two big dog houses were used for comparison. Kel-Prime was applied to one dog house, and then both dog houses were set afire. The dog house without the KelPrime was completely destroyed by the fire in less than four minutes. The dog house with Kel-Prime applied did not burn at all, but instead just turned black. This common sense test cost very little. On a larger scale such a test would be unaffordable.
- Primer - Kel-Prime will provide the best possible primer for the follow up application of paint. Kel-Prime is now being used as a paint additive at full concentration of 8 ounces per gallon of latex paint to provide a paint/primer combination.
- Bonding - Kel-Prime will provide a bonding for paint, coatings, stucco finish coatings, etc.
- Sealant - Kel-Prime will provide sealing to plaster stucco, shotcrete, concrete, masonry mortar applications, etc.
- Uniform Suction - Kel-Prime will provide uniform suction for paint and stucco finishes thereby providing uniform color.
- Ultra Violet Rays - Kel-Prime provides protection from discoloration and damage resulting from exposure to ultra violet rays.
- Curing - Kel-Prime will provide curing for plaster/stucco, concrete, shotcrete, masonry, etc. in 24 to 72 hours.
- Soft Walls - Plaster/Stucco - Soft plaster/stucco walls occur when the plaster/stucco takes a full set before proper hydration has taken place. Kel-Prime will harden soft walls in 24 hours.
- Non-Toxic - Kel-Prime can be used in waterscapes, fountains, ponds, aquariums, etc. and will not harm fish or wild life because Kel-Prime in non-toxic.
- Cost - Mixed 50/50 with water Kel-Prime will cover 800 square feet of area thereby making KelPrime the cheapest product on the market for the benefits/uses it provides.
